Delivery hours/time and receiving hours at Sales Order or Delivery Document

Hi Experts,

Client wants 1) Goods Receiving Hours set M-F from 8AM to 4PM for customers Delivery Time to Promise.

2) Client need to define delivery time printed in sales order, Delivery Documents We have maintained Route Determination

we have set up

a) Goods Receiving Hours at Customer Master Data Ship to Party (Same as Sold to Party)

b) Factory Calender US (Only One) set at Shipping point, customer master in General Tab data. Maintaied Transportation Planning Point. Calender is same.

c) Maintained all data IMG>Sales & Distr>Basic Function-->Delivery Scheduling & Trans Scheduling

***Define Scheduling by Sales Document Type with Trans Schedu Check Box Delivery Scheduling X Shipping Schedule on

***In shipping point Working Time assigned "1-Shift" (Is this wrong?)

***Maintained Workiing hours, maintined Duration/Routes/Pick/Pack Time/Loading Time in IMG

+ When create Sales Order; on Header data/Item Data>Sales tab>Delivery Time is not automatically pop up

+ On Shipping Tab at Item level also Unloading Point, Receiving Point, Department, Delivery Priority is not automatically poing up

If I do manually it is accepting. So How to make automatially to pop up the set data?

Where I am wrong?

If you need any further data which I might not have indicated please ask without hesitation.

Same weayt we want to set up dispatch time in delivery which is not also coming up automatically.

Hi Gunter,

I observed that after saving delivery all data op up. There was nothing changed.

What is your problem? Can you define? I will see if I can help you.

Hi Rajiv,

in VD02 some unloading points are recorded. During VA01 order recorder the popup is requestion to select one unloading point - o.k. so far.

In addition some receiving points are recorded in VD02 and linked to one unloading point. During VA01 order recording, none of these receiving points are requested by a popup. I expected that the system drills down to this level and asks as well for an entry.

Did you have a similar issue? And how did you solve it?
