Error When Using "Send Note with Object" in QM Notification

On the services for object toolbar in a quality notification there is an icon for send note with object. I am trying to use this function to send a note to get approval for extension of a task. I want the task to be displayed for the approver. When I do so, I get an email with an html attachment. When I open the attachment I should be transferred to the task or be able to use a link. However, I get this message

Does anyone have any idea how to make this work?

You need a ITS (internet transaction server) system.

Check it with your basis team.
