AAE - some messages going through IE

Hi Gurus,

we have AAE config in place for Proxy -> PI -> File which is working fine. We have suddenly noticed today that 5 out of 200 messages triggerd in ECC came through IE and failed. we could not understand why some of them are calling the Integration server instead of the AE.

Any body expereinced this problem. any help or advice would be appreciated

Suppose, if you are using SOAP adapter with XI Protocol in your scenario Proxy -> PI -> File.

Then, please see the note (AAE) : 821268.

Are you using SOAP adapter with XI protocol for this purpose? Did you complete the pre-requisties?
