ZLFN in Work Center

Dear all,

where can i configure what to see in the incident work-center. I've copied SLFN into ZLFN. I can create the ZLFN without problems but i don't see them in the overview of my incident work center.

My user has sap_all.

Any ideas?

Help would be much appreciated.

Hi Daniel,

please make the following entry in transaction DNO_CUST04:

Field Name = PROCESS_TYPE_ADD

Field val. = ZLFN

This should do the trick.

yes it did. I forgot the '_add' in DNO_CUST04.
