SAP wsdl

Hi,

Our client generated WSDL url for SAP function module and we tried to generate stub using Apache AXIS 2 tool from this SAP WSDL url and got u201Cservice and binding tag u201D missing error.

It seems that clients SAP wsdl is having only web service interface information and does not have Access Description i.e service and binding tag and relevant tag information .

Is it mandatory to have service and binding tag and relevant tag information in SAP wsdl to consume this webservice from third party java application ?

Hi,

As far as I understand you have a provider made from a FM. In order to get the correct WSDL with binding + service , start TA: SOAMANAGER-> Central Web Service Administration, find the inbound service created from the FM, do create an endpoint and save the endpoint. Then open the WSDL for the selected binding and use this WSDL in order to generate the 3rd party client.
