External partner number and partner GUID reference different partners

Hi Expert,

I'm using SRM 7.0 and ECC 6.0 and use extended classic scenario.

I have problem when replicate PR from ECC to SRM.

In ECC, when open SMQ1 found error 'ANORETRY and In SRM, when open SLG1 found error 'External partner number and partner GUID reference different partners'.

any solution for that problem?

Hi,

I think there are duplicate partner records in SRM against the partner code which is giving this error. Pl. go to transaction BP and search these records by BP number.

solved..

when we go to transaction BP, made sure that user name already assign in tab username..
