Assignment of a service condition to a commercial lease out with withholdin

Hello Experts

I have a master tenant with customer account in a commercial lease out. i have assigned basic rent conditions with withholding tax. I also want to assign other service conditions like water payments and electricity payments to the same contract, but am having this error message:

When withholding tax is active, only revenue conditions are allowed

What should i do , should i create another contract for the service costs for the same tenant.

Please help.

Hi,

I think u have activated the withholding tax for the whole contract. this can be done at the condition type level also in REFX. use the terms tab in the condition tab in the contract for the same. this should work.
