OSS connection -cancelled

Hi Friends,

when I am trying to open the connection in SMP , connection getting cancelled .

I am not having much knowledge , how it is configured and where to much .

Check transaction OSS1->Parameter->tech settings.

Make sure router name, router ip is correct. also verify other fields.

You can restart sap router once and check. Also check ports are opened on firewall side.

It might be because router is not working. Check with your basis team.

Did it work earlier?

Was there any change to IP address of SAP Router machine or any change on firewall.
