Dear Expert,

I updating the RG1 Register (j1I5)

Normally RG1 Register update 2 times

1) After Manufacturing the finished goods with Classification RMA.

2) when selling the material to customer with classification IDH.

IDH updation after excise invoice creation we want to update with IDH.

but when we need to update RMA .

after manufacturing or after selling the product to customer.

i can't understanding when RMA updation.

plz help me

For production goods receipts you need to update RG1 with classification RMA first,

then sales quantity need to be updated with IDH classification

HI

Check this link on WIKI for registers updation , extraction and priniting.

First we have to update with RMA as there should be the receipts in order to do any Issues.

So whenever you update with RMA the stock and opening balance details will be updated in the system.

After updating the receipts you have to update the issues with IDH as classification for Issues.

Dear Velu,

Updation for RG1 register is done on different levels.

ROP Receipt from outside under any other provision

This updation is done once we receive goods from an outside vendor as raw material or capital goods.

RMA Receipt from manufacture

This updation is done when we convert the raw material into the Finished goods or ready for sales.

IDH Removal from factory on payment of duty for Home use

This updation is done when we sell the material to our customer.
