background job for zmr21_bdc

Dear Experts,

I put a background job in tcode zmr21_bdc.

But it is taking too much time like 1 or 2 days. and then automatically cancelled.

can any one tell what might be the problem?n solution for it.

- the transaction is "Zee"

- the appropriate forum would be of ABAP / Basis for answering about background jobs.
