VPE2 problem when changing the data

Hi there,

I have two sales employees which are in no way related to each other. However, when I change the information for one the other also gets changed automatically. I saw this happen with the customers when they have the same address number. In this case the address numbers for these two employees are different. I also checked OSS notes but didn't find anything relevant.

Could someone please let me know if you have faced a similar issue and if there is a solution for this?

Not sure on the system behaviour. But you can try by creating a new employee data via PAL1 instead of VPE1 and change the validity dates there by differentiating with the other. You can try changing the data via PAL2 instead of VPE2. Meanwhile, have a look at Note 158784 - VAP2, VAP3 allow the change of representation data
