Material availability date calculation for item cat TAB, sch line cat CB

Hello all,

Here is the issue that i'm facing:

I created a sales order for item category TAB(individual purchase order) which in turn created the Purchase requisition.

The required delivery date for the sales order is today 3/24/2011.

The transportaion time defined in the route is 2 days.

But the material availability date is 6/21/2011 which is calculated based on the planned delivery time setup in material master.

If the materials are received in today in which case the material availability date is 3/24/2011.

But the system is calculating the material availability date as 3/28/2011

(i.e)

material avail.date = 3/24/2011(date goods are received)+transportation time(2 working days)

loading date = 3/28/2011

Goods Issue date = 3/28/2011

delivery date = 3/28/2011

really appreciate if someone would help me and provide me suggestions on how to configure the system for item category TAB and schedule line category CB, so that the material availability date won't consider the transportation time and only the delivery date will consider the transportation time.

Check in the following IMG path

1) In OVLY, for your sale order type, check whether the box for TranspSchd is checked

2) Check in OVLZ, whether you have maintained Loading time and Pack/Pack time

3) In VOV8, for your order type, check Lead time in days is maintained
