Under delviery Tolerance

Hi All,

Under delviery Tolerance has been populated in the sales order but in customer master this was not maintained.

At the time of creating the Sales order Tolerance field is Blank and after Saving the order 'Under delviery Tolerance ' value is populating. Can any one help in finding from where this value is populating into Sales Order.

Hello,

Delivery tolerance in Sales Order can come from two places:

1. Customer Master Record

2. Customer Material Info - Record (VD51 / VD52 / VD53).

In your case, you should check Customer Master Info Record.

If there is no settings at either of the above, then check from some enhancement (User-Exit) applied...
