dot matrix Printer settings

Hi gurus ,

My problem , the output in print preview is coming nice, the print out in A4 format is also coming fine.

But in Dot Matrix from second page onwards the output is going up.

Kindly give the suggestions .

Hi,

Did you create a custom page format to match length of the actual paper? In the device type, you also need to add the commands to tell the printer the correct page length in the printer initialization of the used page format.

SPAD -> Full Admin -> Device Types -> <Device Type> -> Formats -> <page Format> -> Printer Initialization
