Unable to print small fonts using EPSON dotmtrix printer

Hi All,

i am unable to print a label information on a pre-printed A4 size paper using both SAP SCRIPT and Smartforms.

eventhough if i increase or decrease font size in a smartstyle, printer is taking default font size everytime.

we have same EPSON printers in my client location.

Hi Ram,

You can only print the fonts and font sizes supported by the device type e.g. EPESCP9. You can check which fonts are supported via transaction: SE73 -> Printer Fonts -> <Device type>

Try printing via windows and a windows device type like SAPWIN or SWINCF. With the windows device types, the font are scalable so all font sizes should be supported.
