P Card not visible in SRM7 SC/PO screen

HI Expert ,

I am configuring SRM 7 P card solution . I have done all required configuration but still not able to see P card filed in Item screen of SC or PO. Please advice any thing I have to do get it Done. any special authorization need to provide?

Provide the authorization " M_BBP_PC" to the user who raise the shopping cart.

In my case role SAP_CRM_PAYMENT_CARD role is assigned and user is having authorization

authorization " M_BBP_PC" ..Still I am not able to see Drop down for Pcard .

I checked meta data view /SAPSRM/V_MDF_IT and entry for 2121 for PCNUM field ...its not set ...

Visible , Enabled , Required everything is set to No By Standard ...I am not getting way by which it will be set X which will make dropdown visible .

Any inputs are welcome .

hi ,

This was due to missing authorization entry in my case .

Solution

Go to SRM Server >> Procurement Card >> Process Procurement card

In this config ...In Card parameters tray for Authorization maintain value as 04 .This will solve issue .

You can try note Note 1153412 - P-Card is not displayed in Shopping Cart .
