Item not getting copied

Hi,

We created one quotation say XYZ now we are creating one more quotation with ref to this quotation

but when I am trying to select item selection it is is grey and item line doesnt getting copied into new quotation.

what is the reason behind this?

Hi Anup

Did you check the configuration settings for item copy control at VTAA?

Go to VTAA and check whether you have the copy control for the header to header and item to item both. Also check the routin no with the help of abaper.

Check whether your quotation XYZ is complete referenced?? or check field "Item copy" in VTAA header
