UOM changes possible ?

Unit of Measurement was wrongly updated as Pieces(PC) instead of milliliter(ml) is there any chance of changing the UOM.

1 lot is getting GRIN

or

how to change the UOM for a particular material once getting GRIN.

For changing the UOM -->No stocks should be available for the material.
