Material Listings

Hi Friends,

I want to restrict my users from creating Sales Orders for incorrect material numbers. I understand there is a functionality of Material Listings/Exclusions thru which i can allow the specific materials for customers.

Can anyone guide me on how to use this functionality?

Hi,

Activate material listing and exclusion function for sales document by t-code OV04

Then maintain records for EXCLUSION type B001 by t-code VB01

for specific customer and material combination

If you want it for PLANT and MATERIAL then go EXCLUSION access sequence and assign table 003.

then maintain record for pant/material combination (include your wrong material numbers)

I got an information that we need a User Exit: USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_KOMKG in program MV45AFZA to use this functionality.

Is this User exit really required?
