person A and user id is sdn02, person B post the document in sap and used the person A user id, no idea in person which one post the document, so person B used the computer name and computer IP address ?

Please try explaining step by step with precise points what you are doing, and what you want to accomplish. Example: 'I run transaction SOLAR01 in my Solution Manager system, I add a document to the project node 'Business Processes', I want to know where to I check the IP from where I posted the document'.
