SC status " item in transfer process

Hi Experts,

My Shoping cart was landedup with status " item in transfer process"

Please expalin how to delete this SC.

What is Partner Function Type 0002 and 0013?

Hi,

There is no any error in the SC and SC has been created with catalog, so insted of going to sourceing cockpit to create PO, it should create auto PO,if i check the SC status it is "item in transer process "

Now user has created new SC with reference to old one, he wants to delete the old SC.

Plzz help.

Hi

Understand that

1. user created sc but went to error in process

2. Now user created another cart to meet the above requirement.

3. now REQUESTER can not delete his cart but he can inform the system ADMINISTRATOR and he can delete it.

since this item in transfer is treated like error in process status and requester can not see his/ her cart with this status.

some one like ADMIN CAN SEE HIS/HER cart and admin can only delete his /her cart ..there is a provision to delete from monitor shopping cart menu - that is with only administrator.

what is the error message ?

you must provide the error message so others can help you.

there could be some wrong data in the sc so the system does not allow to create a follow on document?

what is the error for respective application monitoring or rz20 ..
