contition type scale setup

Business requested that whenever customer buy every 30 cases product give 10 RMB fix discount

30<= order quanitty <60 cases give 10 RMB fix discount

60<= order quanitty <90 cases give 20 RMB fix discount

...

I've setup a condition type with Calulation type "B" fix and with quanitty scale

but we cannot setup so many scales in condition record,is there any better ideas?

Setup a new condition type as a group condition and calculation type set to u201CBu201D - fix amount and Scale type is u201CAu201D u2013 quantity,

Then write a condition value routine to calulate the price.
