SRM 7.0/EHP 4 - Deadline Monitoring Solution

I was facing issue with Deadline monitoring for SC workflow. Since the solution required changes in SAP code thought of posting it here.

I am using SRM 7.0, EHP 4

Below are 2 tasks which is usual process

1) Define Event Schema for transaction type from SPRO

2) Define Deadline for that Event Schema from SPRO deadline monitoring

The deadline event is not triggered since there is issue with SAP code. To reslove this implement note Note 1554132 .

Also, change bindings for Task 40007986 EvLatestStrt.Pass IV_DECISION_TASK from container of task to method.
