I would recommend tasd40, after that, I recommend TSCM62, but sorry no website linkage for you, but you can goolge it and download it.

hello mate,

Is there any hard copy material which describes the screen to screen procedures to practice SAP Sales and distribution module.

The online was good but i guess some sort of book must be available.
