PP-KANBAN Storage location transfer

I Have a question that i am running simple lean kanban cycle with stock transfer mvmt (311 mvmt).the system when set the status EMPTY then stock mvmt 311 happens.but at this junctor i can not able to see the actual qty which i set to say 5 (for kanban qty is say 10) is reglecting in stock change. the stock change happen with qty 10 only. but when i execute the signal for status to FULL there i can set the actual qty say 5 & it reflect in proceesed kanban table transaction pkbc.since repleneshment is trigger at status empty (sap std). how can i reverse this process so that i can replenish to status FULL.?

I use storage location strategy 0004 with 311 mvmt.
