How to create Customizing type structure for master data fo Webdynpro Appp

Hi Champs,

I have seen some development in WDA, where the master data present on screen like Country, sites, Text or Actions are not defined in some z table but are maintained in a customizing type of structure.

When I say Customizing, It means that, we have some Z transaction code, where we will maintained all data and then end user will have option of selecting the required data( Same as standard SAP Customizing procedure).

So how to implement this kind of Customizing process for Webdynpro Application.
