i am trying to understand this process.
The issue is the user has assigned money as in committed it in November.. but obligated it in December. Disbursed it in feb and march..
now R/3 extractor, NWA1 is showing that the obligation was done in november. even we can see at line item level that it was obligated in december but committed in november, can anybody shed some light on the business rules behind this?
Business Rule says that if u have commited the money then u are supposed to spend it.Standard SAP dont give boundation in Time for disburshment.Commitment means you are supposed to Spend that money thats it.

through this you are able to evaluate the plan actual variance in your project and also which will help to find the reason behind it, so that you could improve it in the next project...!

Could you please explain a bit more on your issue? What steps has the user exactly followed?

the users hasnt followed any steps they has commited the money in novemeber and oblgated is december
so they commitedd 100,000 to the project in covember
and obligated in december 50,000
when i extract the data it shows 50,000 obligated in november instead of showing it is december..the question is WHY
its a standard sap extractor 0co_om_nwa_1 and 0co_om_nwa_2.
