Role requested coming in automatically rejected?

Hi GRC Folks,

We are working on our CUP configuration. The only way we are able to have SAP and non-SAP roles on a single request is to setup initiators per role. The fork is not working and this way was suggested.

We are now running into an issue where the requestor fills out the form and submits the request, the person in stage 1 reviews the request and 1 of the roles is automatically rejected without an option to change that rejection.

This is so bizarre. Has anyone seen this? Any suggestions?

Hi Grace,

Can you please elaborate on how you have configured your Initiator?

Menawhile you can change initiator attribute as:

Attribute Value condition

Request type 'your request type' viz. change account OR

Role * (star) AND

Then check. This will help you in resolving the issue.

HI Grace,

There is no intiator for that role and GRC is unable to find an approval path for that role. Hence it gets rejected.
