Hi,

Hope you need to change the hierarchy of the WBSE..

To change the WBS hierarchy please proceed as follows..

1) Delete Budget for the WBSE, which need to change the structure from CJ30.

2) Reset budget status in OPSX.

3) Remove the availablity control on the project using CJBW.

Now you can change the structure...!

Tnx.

Abdul.

Just run the transaction OPSX and enter the WBS element for which you want to reset the budget. Remove Test Run and check Detail List. Execute. Thats it.

Check this note,

Note 453895 - Incorrect status message changing structure not allowed

Might not be relevant for your version. Just for information.

Hi,

Are you in the R series releases or using ECC.

this message comes up upto 4.6C if any of your Project WBSE has certain statuses like DLT / DLFL / LKD / CLSD / MDLK / INAK / & surprisingly "BUDG" also.

Pls refer to note "453895".
