Hi,
Firstly need to upload Master data such PIR, Source list Vendor master, Material master.
You need to upload legacy open PO & Stock at plant location & vendor location.
Then you need to upload Excise duties available in respective register if Plant is applicable to Excise.

Hi There
It is actually based on the Business,,
Norammy following things will happen in Cut over activities,,
1. Freezing the stock in Legacy
2. Freezing the inventory movements/ transaction in legacy
3. Org Structure/Plant/ P Organ assignments validation
4. All Dev should be transported/All masters should be transported or created
5. Batch Class and Characteristics creation in PRD system/ Batch Upload( If any)
5. Inventory Upload and Validation
6. Define release strategy in PRD system/ Check the User authorizations
7. Any Z table update in PRD system directly
8. Open PO/PR conversion if any
9. If any transaction happend in Legacy which is not updated- Perform the same in SAP
10. Send out the User ID and Pwd to users,,
11. Set up the team, how the Go live support team will approach to the defects and Timeline for the tickets based on priority
12. If any offshore/Onshore model define the same
Note: Few of the customizations cant be transported from Dev to PRD, so we have to do it PRD system,,
I may have missed some points here,, But these are all the steps are common in all type of businesses,,,
Thanks
Senthil
