Hi All,

Please guide me for critical requirment for my client

My client having having depo sales process here whenever invoice is created in depo plant profit center is talking from material master i.e of depo plant profit center but my client is asking to get profit center from manufacturing plant .

Please guide me.

You cannot change the Profit Center in Billing Document but it can be changed in VBRP table by developing a program and via SM30, you can force the system to overwrite the profit center. In one of my earlier projects, similar requirement is addressed.

Have your CO consultant to do the profit center subsitution:

SAP Customizing Implementation Guide Financial Accounting (New) General Ledger Accounting (New) Tools  Validation/Substitution -> Substitution of Profit Centers in Customer Orders -> Define Substitution Rules

You can write your logic in RGGBS000_U501

You can use Profit Center substitutions.
