To open the text module in change mode without going to SMARTFORMS TCODE

Hi Experts,

In my report, When I select the text module and click on 'OK' button , it should open the text module in 'CHANGE' mode automatically. User shouldn't go to SMARTFORMS transaction and then click on 'CHANGE' button to open the text module.

Could you please help me out.

Hi Payal,

You shouldn't allow users to change repository objects !!! Instead, prefer to use standard texts for example, they can change them in SO10 transaction, or you can use official APIs like READ_TEXT and SAVE_TEXT function modules, see official documentation and forum for more information.
