Dear Gurus,

My client wants a report that which person is working on which project so that they can mobilise them for next project.

How to full fill this requirement in std SAP ?

Dear Sir,

We are implemented HR also.

But when I assign employee to my activity in CMP2 , then it will show me the entire list. At that I don't know whether that person is assigned to any other project or not.

So I want to check at that stage , by report , to check which are the employees will be free at which date and which are in the idle state so as to use my man power for my project.

Hope you understand my requirement.

Dear Venkata ,

I have almost 800 employees and each of them work for more than 1 project. So Project team and Work Center for each employee doesn't make any sense.

In CMP9 also , I can assign employee in CMP2 i.e planning. So say I have assign person X to my project for particular period. So in CMP9 , I will come to know at which date he will be free. But I want for all employee which is not done with CMP9.

So how to get the requirement.

1. If workforce planning is implemented, run report ( CMP9 ).

2. Execute CN 60. Change documents are created only if project is released.

3. Create a project team for WBS: CJ20N --> WBS --> Project team for WBS

4. Create one work center for each employee and assign to activities

For CMP9 , I need to assign persons to projects in CMP2. This is purely planning phase. So with that I can see how much time I have engage which person.

If I want to check all employee release date then CMP9 can full fill my requirement ?

I didn't understood anythng from CM51.

Girish, What does release date means?

Have a look at CN41N report, you can view resource planned for network activities along with earliest, latest date and hours planned.

Moreover, what I have understood from your query is... you are looking for a report where you enter personnel number on selection screen and you will get all projects where this resource is assigned? If yes, then you can write a SAP query with tcode SQVI with combination of tables, KBED, AFVC, PRPS.
