PO output email triggers twice to the supplier

Hello,

I have a problem in my system SAP SRM 7.0 SP06 - PO output email triggers twice to the supplier for all the POs.

Pls give your suggestion to correct this.

That code is only to change the mail subject text.

New PO - 1 email output

Change version PO - 2 emails output <- this is an issue

PO - email output is twice when the PO is changed.

New POs are alright.

Is it the email generated twice in SOST or one email in SOST being delivered twice to supplier.

Do you have any enhancements in the output related area..may be processing program etc?

HI Kiran,

We have email entry twice in SOST and we have used BADI: BBP_OUTPUT_CHANGE_SF with implementation ZBADI_CHANGE_SF for email subject change when iv_medium - email.
