error during 47 step of portal installation in db2 linux

hi all ,

i am installting nw7.0 portal in DB2 on linux , while installing i get the following error as

Can you post this log callSdmViaSapinst.log

hi ,

i tried to access the log in the sapinst directory but there is no such log in the directory .

only sapinst.log and sap_dev.log are available

i tried also reinstalling but still i get the same issue at the same step

Hi,

I think you are getting this problem because your dispatcher is trying to listen for two different IP addresses.

Please check /etc/hosts file and make sure that hostname of your system should not be assigned to 127.0.0.1 and it should be assigned to your real IP.
