mini SAP ABAP install Error on stept 18.... XUSER error

Hi,

I have installed the NW 2004s J2EE just find.

Now I am installing the miniSAP ABAP install and i get a error in step 18 "FATAL: Open xuser entry file failed: could not get logon USER name [1332]" I am installing on a Win 2003 server.

Can't find anything on this can anyone help..
