SRM7.0: Getting Error in SC "Change Mode Possible only after recall"

hi Guys,

I am ordering a SC using Catalogue in Pre Production System. This SC is now in Workflow Approval Process. We have activated process control workflow for SRM. Now when i try to Edit this SC I get error message "Change Mode Possible only after recall".

When we try to edit SC in Q and D system we are not facing this issue.

I think we are missing some setting in Pre productin System. Could somebody please help..
