How Session Identifiers are created ?

Hi ,

As we know there are four session Identifiers

1.ABAP Session Identifier

2. AS Java Session Identifier

3. External Session Identifier

4. Load Balancing Identifier

But when these Session Identifiers are created ? Is there any algorithm for their creation ?

I have already gone through it. it only gives syntax but no information about how & when these session identifiers are created .

If you go through below url , yo u will see algorithms for load balacing.

But from it is not clear when these Session Identifiers are created ?
