Problem is printing checkbox in SAP GUI 720

Hi,

I have developed a smartform which has checkboxex in it. When i use SAP GUI 710, I am able to see the checkbox in the printout. But when I take printout using the same printer but using SAP GUI 720 the checkbox are not appearing.

Can someone please suggest a way to overcome this issue.

Solved myself. The problem was with device type.

Hello,

What is the symbol you're using? I'm on Release 701 & the symbol for a "selected checkbox" is <697>.

I am using symbol <697> for selected checkbox and <727> for unselected checkbox.
