IDoc failed with status : 51 with multiple error

Hi Expert,

I have 2 idoc not posted (status 51) with below error:

- 101 items were selected

- Items are in different fiscal years

- Posting is only possible with a zero balance; correct document

- No batch input data for screen SAPMF05A 0700

This idoc reveiced from flat file, other doc are OK but only this 2 failed.

I tried ran it manually via program but not working. Appreciate if you can let me know any solution on this.

Do the problem documents have taxes?

The out of balance may be due to the background user's postings settings for the calculation of taxes. (Or it could be that your IDOC amounts are simply out of balance.)

Hi Expert

The user posted different amount (only $0.01) that cause the issue. Get back to user to post $0.01 and it solve a problem.

Check the following notes, especially the last one which may help you.

=> Note 26050 - FIPP:Posting not poss. (SAPMF05A,0700,batch input)

=> Note 63905 - FBWE, Batch Input: 00344 or F5060, collect. Posting

=> Note 454807 - INVOIC: incorrect G/L accounts or item amounts

Hi Rosila,

Both idocs have same error? or they have different errors and you have clubbed them.

Let us know the exact error for each idoc.

the errors exist in 1 idoc and keep repeatingf few time. Tried to search in forum on this error but kind find.
