Returnable Packaging

Can someone please let me know step by step procedure to handle returnable packaging (customer) with master data setup and transaction flow. We handle a lot of customer dun age.

Similarly we re-palatalize some of our materials received from vendors and send back the pallets. Can someone please guide me through this process as well.

Hi,

You can use the logic of returnable packaging. See the print file 'SALES' in page 226 to 232. The question is set in Item category group the value LEIH. You can use the SO type LA and LN. I hope this helps you
