Hi,

I had created an articel. And tried to crete a Po.

Following errors are coming

1) Article mainly rocured internally

2) Article is not listed in site

Can anyone help?

Hi There,

I am not able to understand your 1st query, please elaborate.

Regarding the second, you need to perform the listing of the article for the site or the assortment which includes this site, for which you trying to create the PO, unless you won't be able to do it.

I would advise you that it is a very basic activity while doing article creation and as a pre-requisite for PO creation, stock movement etc. thus please go through some learning material, would help you.

Hi,

This is related to first pooint.

Procurement type decideds that article can be procured externally or not.

Check the procurement type in the article master @RP/Forecast button in Logistics tab of article.

This will be maintained in Material type at general level.

Related to listing article should be listed in site i,e

Article should list in assortment and the site should get linked to that assortment.

Hi,

Procurement part is well answered above.

For Listing.. adding to what has been told above.

1. When you are trying to purchase the article, you would be purchasing it to a particular site (preferably DC).

2. Find the number of the site and then you can use transaction WSP4
