Contract cancellation

Contract cancellation request is possible -if it's then how anyone can do it ... and what is the exact tcode for request for contract cancellation ?

Hi

There is no contract cancellation request in SAP. If you need to cancel a contract, then you can set 'Reason for Rejection' and that is the equivalent of cancellation. You can configure the reasons for rejections for your contracts to help you to generate reports in the future.

Hello,

Apart from Reason of Rejection, every Contract has validity dates (from & to dates). You can use these dates to control the Contracts that need to be cancelled.

Hi Please go to va42,you have to select reject reason "cancellation/correction" at header level,then save, here you will have it cancel, if you want to mass cancel, then you will have to go to mass and find object BUS2034, then you will be able to mass cancel them, let me know if you have question.
