Shopping Carta - Error occurred during metadata determination

Hi experts,

In the area 'Notes and attachments' of a shopping cart, I get the following error:

'An error accurred during metadata determination'

Any ideia about this error?

Hello,

This message is probably being raised due to missing customizing for shopping cart text schema.

1)Run transaction spro.

2)Navigate to SAP Supplier Relationship Management->SRM Server->Cross-Application Basic Settings->Text Schema->Define Fixed Value for Texts.

3)For the desired transaction type and Transaction category , the desired Text Schema should be maintained , in this case Transaction type is SHC and transaction category BUS2121.

4)The text schema should be SC for which the values for this entry will be seen in u201CDefine Text Schemau201D in spro.

Now, following the steps below:

1)Navigate to SAP Supplier Relationship Management->SRM Server->Cross-Application Basic Settings->Text Schema.

2)Select Shopping Cart and then press Texts for Schema. Here text schemas for shopping carts are defined.

And finally:

1)Navigate to SAP Supplier Relationship Management -> Cross-Application Basic Settings ->Define Transaction types.

2)Select Shopping cart , and then in Dialog structure select Transaction Types.

3)Select SHC and double click on the row. The text schema SC can be entered here and click on save.
