Capture SAP Shipment information at stage level

Hi All,

We would like to capture the Shipment actual start date and end date for each stage.

to maintain this data,we have two fields in shipment at stage level (Double click on Stage - click on Duration and distance)

In this screen Start Execution and End executions fields are avaialble, whereas these two fields are greyed out.

How can we make these fields active, so as we can maintain the data in these fields.

In normal circumstances, even after generating the shipment cost document, the said fields will be in editable mode and hence, not sure why it is greyed out in your case.

Nevertheless, I dont know whether this will help you but you can check in the following IMG Path

1) LE > Transportation > Basic Transportation Functions > Routes > Define Routes and Stages. There ensure that for that route, the box "Rel.transport" is checked

2) LE > Transportation > Basic Transportation Functions > Routes > Maintain Route Determination. There origin place and destination place are maintained

3) LE > Transportation > Shipments > Define Shipment Types. There ensure that under the tab "Document content", you have maintained the values in all the fields.
