Pop-Up when user logon on SAPGUI 7.2 sp 4 system - u00B4SAP System Message:Eu00B4

When user login or try login (best say) on SAP system it show pop-up ´SAP system message :E´.

Could annybody help me?

The SAPGUI is 7.20 wiht level pach 4 and we are using SSO on Windows XP SP3.

any idea?

Hi,

Try to activate traces in SAPGUI (SAP GUI Options -> Traces) for receiving additional info about error.

Hi Aleh,

The log trace had the same message error .

The user had need fix the problem quickly , I had to clean the current instalation and

I did a new installation and the error disapeared.

I think what it was ocurred because the machine had the clock was delayed and Single Sign On (SSO) did not work.

Could send me a list wiht error codes? ejample "E" (what mean?)

I think, that "E" is cutted message.

May be it was SAP system message: 'Error in the Security Network Layer' or something like this.

Aleh,

I can show you pop-up wiht error , change the clock on your pc delay it 1 h and then open the SAP LOGON and the pop-up show on display.
