Report addition via PFCG - erraneous

Hi All,

I have a issue.The reports added to a role thr PFCG is not visible when the role is opened in Bex.

The table AGR_HIER is not updating the unique ID of the query when added via PFCG and hence this issue.

Is there some settings that we need to be taking care of?

Let me know.We are in BI 7.0 version.

Any inputs highly appreciated.

Hi,

For queries/workbooks to be visible in Bex, they have to be 'published' to the roles via Bex analyzer.

Transaction codes/reports added to role menu in PFCG are not visible in Bex.

Hi Sowmya, Try to save the report from BEX into the role folder

If you are still using this approach in PROD, then it makes sense to use a dedicated namespace for the roles.

Same goes for roles which might regenerate themselves (e.g. some SolMan senarios),
