hi Everybody,
Need one small help desperately...
We are using solution manager ehp1 for Service desk / Incident Management . We are facing issue in Send Reply option for Key user.
Requirement is to enable Reply button for key user only during Customer Action Status and disabled for other status like new , in process etc.
Kindly help me how to proceed in this direction please.
