Hi Gurus,
There are some conflicting actions in GRC that are not true conflicts and need to be Disabled. How can I disable these conflicts.
Regards,
VK
Hi,
If you want to disable Risks in the respective Ruleset. first find out the list of Risk ids and corresponding Business process.
then Go to the Rule Archtech tab -> Risks --> search. There is a screen appered, in the select the Current Rulest and respective Business process and search. finally you can see the alla risk ids which are under the business process. then you can select the Risk id and change the status Enable to disable and Save.

Arjuna.

Hi Ravitej,
Thanks for your quick response.
I am new to GRC. Hence, can you tell me the steps in details for both scenarios.
Waiting for your positive response.

Hi Vineet,
False positive conflicts may because of improper defenition of risk or may be due to cross org access to the user.
if the false positive is due to improper risk defenition you have to redefine the risks and if it is due to org values you have to configure org rules for excluding the rspective risks.
ANalyse the risks shown up in the risk analysis report and act accordingly.
