Multiple Method Type want assign in one MIC

Dear All,

How can i assign Multiple Method Type in One MIC?

--> I have One Inspection plan with Inspection Type 04 " Goods receipt inspection from production"

--> It have 8-9 MICs

--> Now i want to assign multiple method type to one MIC

Please kindly advise..

You assign the methods to the mic. Not in the plan usually. You usually assign one method per plant in the mic. This allows the method to default into the plan. In the plan you cannot have more than one method assigned. You would have to create multiple plans.

Why would you have multiple methods per mic anyway? We try not to do that as it can lead to confusion as well as a lot of questions from ISO auditors and FDA people.

Methods can directly affect things like precision, (number of decimals), sample size, number of samples, etc....
